This Friday evening summer yoga series is an opportunity to start your summer weekends off with centering and being in touch with yourself. This is a beginners yoga class, open to all levels. We will meet in the park for 60 minutes of yogamovement and meditation. This will be a supportive and exploratory experience of intro yoga. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
