Great River Passage Conservancy seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization’s efforts to connect Saint Paul’s people to the Mississippi River. As a public-private partnership with the City of Saint Paul and its Department of Parks & Recreation, the Executive Director will collaborate with numerous civic, nonprofit, philanthropic, business, and other community stakeholders to bring three key capital projects along the Mississippi River to life.
With an appreciation for public amenities that increase the public good, the ideal Executive Director candidate is a strategic, visionary, and hands-on leader with demonstrated experience scaling an organization for growth, as an effective fundraiser, and as a collaborative partnership builder.
