Increase your Strength, Flexibility, Mental Focus, and Overall Health with this Total Body Exercise Experience! Each session will start with an integrated flexibility based warm-up, followed by a Complete Core Based workout. Work at your own pace while targeting your favorite body parts: Legs, Abs, glutes, and Arms! Your cool down will consist of flexibility & relaxation techniques at the end of each class.
