Fort Snelling State Park Overnight- Gateway

Gateway camping trips are open to adults with developmental disabilities and other cognitive impairments. You’ll spend your time developing skills in sequential order, setting up a tent, crafting, wilderness cooking, hiking, and paddling from the comfort and safety of our 24-foot Voyageur canoes. WI provides equipment and works with participants to make sure all needs are accommodated, including additional staff and other supports, as well as guidance preparing for the trip.
