Mississippi River Paddle Share

The Mississippi River Paddle Share is a self-service kayak rental program that hosts a 6.3-mile route down the Mississippi River in Saint Paul. This program is ideal for people with some kayaking experience looking to enjoy the river.

The route starts at Hidden Falls Regional Park and ends at Harriet Island Regional Park, where users can return their equipment. Bike share programs and public transportation are available near the start and end points, providing easy, multimodal transportation options to return to the start of the route.

An additional riverside location at Pickerel Lake in Lilydale Regional Park hosts eight kayaks and is equipped with adaptive paddling gear from Creating Ability.
