Fitness in the Parks- Gentle Yoga

This gentle Viniyoga class will help you breathe morefreely, feel focused and free of tension. We’ll engage the whole body throughbreath-centered postures to improve strength and flexibility, both classicaland with modifications. We’ll also explore different breathing and meditationtechniques to counter the heat of summer. Beginners are welcome! Bring a mat,water, and whatever props you like.
