Community Workshop for River Balcony (Registration Required)

The City of Saint Paul and Great River Passage Conservancy are working with a design team to create a vision for the River Balcony – a proposed 1.5-mile promenade along downtown Saint Paul’s river bluff that will link public spaces, civic landmarks, and development sites, creating new connections to the river and sparking economic growth along the riverfront. This workshop will include a short design presentation, followed by breakout groups and a large group discussion to share feedback and ideas.
