Meet the Great River Passage Photographers in Residence

Local photographers Monica Bryand, Erin D. Carter and Chris Juhn have been selected to offer a fresh, compelling approach to photographing the experience of the Mississippi River in Saint Paul. The photographers’ growing image library will be featured here in our digital gallery and will culminate in a published project at the end of the residency in December 2017.
